Project Description

OCS seeks to provide a balanced menu of programs and services strategically chosen to support student academic achievement and family well being. After school programming supports students to build on their classroom experiences, expand their horizons and have fun. The menu spans five key categories: literacy; math and science; the arts; youth leadership and developement; fitness and creative movement. **Hiring delays caused this program to start at a later date than originally anticipated. This center opened on Janurary 1st, 2004 instead of September 2003.
