Project Description

The Hoonah Community Learning Centers provide after school academic and recreational enrichment programs to registered students and community members. One of the main barriers for this program is the remote location of the city. It can only be accessed by air or boat. The program is striving to bring educational and cultural resources to the population along with providing opportunities for travel for groups to attend events that are not able to come to the community.
