Project Description

The overall goal of the Safe and Healthy Learning in the 21st Century program is to develop and implement sustainable community learning centers in the targetd communities and provide safe and healthy learning opportunities for children who attend Title I schools as well as their families. It is our desire to assist the schools and the collaborative partners to provide supervision, structured enrichment experiences, positive social interaction, drug and violence prevention programs, improved academic reading remediation programs as well as nutritional and fitness activities.
