Project Description

We purchased the HOSTS language arts and HOSTS math programs. These programs are mentor driven and allow a mentor to work with a child that qualifies for the programs for 45 minutes daily. This program can help boost a childs reading level, or math level up to 2 levels per year. We also provide daily meals, recreation, art, computers, and social time with each participant. All 21st Century program students will be part of the extended care program to ensure they are getting a complete program rather than just isolated aspects of the program. Some of these programs include: HOmework Help, snack, junior achievement, etc..
