National Partnership for Teaching in At-Risk Schools LogoThe National Partnership for Teaching in At-Risk Schools was announced in February 2005 and represents a national effort to address and resolve the problems that the nation's poorest, lowest performing schools face in recruiting and retaining well-prepared teachers. Partners include Learning Point Associates, the Education Commission of the States (ECS), and ETS.
