This program was developed by teachers, principals, central office administrators, and external consultants in Alexandria City Public Schools, Virginia.

Product Description
PEP is a multidimensional evaluation system used to measure teacher performance. The components of PEP include formal and informal observations, teacher portfolios, academic goal-setting (teachers setting academic goals for the class), and student achievement.
