This product was developed by Irene Virgilio, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, University of New Orleans. Virgilio is presently a teacher of gifted students in the Port Washington School District in New York.

Product Description
This inventory was developed, in addition to other tools, to help schools and districts gather data that can be used to inform the school improvement process. It is part of the ABC+ Model for school improvement that is sensitive to the school context. This observation instrument focuses on classroom management, appropriate classroom behavior, maintaining student attention, providing students with review and practice, questioning skills, evaluation of students' needs/progress, uses of teaching methods, classroom learning climate, promotion of positive self-concept, and positive classroom environment.

The inventory was developed for use with teachers in all grades and subjects.
