Product Description

iObservation was developed as an instructional and leadership improvement system that collects, manages, and reports data from classroom walkthroughs and teacher observations. The system integrates teacher growth and leadership practices to best inform professional development differentiated based on teachers' and leaders' individual learning needs. The goal is to improve teacher and leader effectiveness. The Marzano Protocol identifies the 41 research-based strategies for effective teaching. Feedback loops based on instructional evidence support teachers' growth in their instructional effectiveness. Follow-up reports show progress in instructional improvements. iObservation is an instructional and leadership improvement system that tracks longitudinal data on teacher growth and leadership practices connected to student gains. The system uses longitudinal data to inform professional development tailored to teachers' and leaders' individual growth needs. The system can be used with teachers at all levels, grades, and content areas. This product includes a Library of Online Resources that teachers can use for on-demand learning and continuous instructional improvement.
