This full-day conference is designed to provide a regional audience of literacy educators with an opportunity to learn about research-based recommendations in the IES Practice Guide Improving Adolescent Literacy: Effective Classroom and Intervention Practices
and apply those recommendations in their schools and classrooms.
The event will feature Michael Kamil, Ph.D., a faculty member in the Stanford University School of Education who is coauthor of the practice guide.
