Project Description

Our program provides a high quality at-risk population of students with instructional programs. These programs are Focus on Reading, to increase potential; SPARK, to improve physical fitness; and Art, to allow free expression. The 21st CCLC after school program has expanded this year to include nearly 100 students from 35 last year at this time. This expansion has encountered situations that have been handled with space and time coordination.
