Project Description

The initiatives at The Door that are supported by the 21st CCLC include an after-school program and summer enrichment camp. The combined efforts of these two programs provide 12 months of academic and cultural enrichment for children in grades 1st through 5th. Program achievements include 90% attendance rate for the 16 months. School grades and scores on standard tests for program participants reflects an increase in reading and math overall.
