Project Description

S.O.A.R. will improve academic performance of students: scoring at Level I or Level II on the State of North Carolina's end-of-grade reading and math exam; and science proficiency for their grade level. S.O.A.R. will also improve those students whose situation at home is preventing him or her from achieving academically.
