Project Description

The School District U-46 21st CCLC Project provides extended learning opportunities for students in literacy/language and math skills in order to improve academic achievement. In addition, families are encouraged to become more involved in their children's school through a wide range of activities during intersessions (at the 3 Continuous Learning Calendar schools,) summer, after school, and evenings. Many activities such as swimming, outdoor education, and other enrichment opportunities are offered in collaboration with the Elgin YWCA and Hamilton Wings.
