Evaluation & Policy Research Group
The Program Manager position has its primary organization appointment in the Evaluation & Policy Research Group with primary supervision by the group's chief officer. This exempt position's primary office location is in Naperville, Illinois, with approximately two days per week in the Chicago office of Learning Point Associates. This position will require approximately 15 percent travel availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager fosters effective and efficient operations within the Evaluation & Policy Research Group by ensuring that all projects follow the Learning Point Associates methodology. The Program Manager assists the project managers in acquiring and maintaining the skills incumbent to their roles and supports them in performing their functions. The Program Manager alsosupports the development and implementation of the Learning Point Associates project management program.
The Program Manager ensures that projects are staffed adequately by properly forecasting resource requirements within the Evaluation & Policy Research Group and quantifying resource requests from other areas. The Program Manager provides all pertinent information to the Portfolio Management Group and Human Resources to ensure that Evaluation & Policy Research Group projects may be prioritized properly and staffing needs may be coordinated organizationwide.
