2008 Initial Educator Data Seminar: Using Data to Support Initial Educators

This invited seminar will engage local, university, professional association, and state leaders in a data rich dialogue aimed at improving Wisconsin's initial educator support system. The one-day session will feature national and local perspectives on induction and mentoring. Participants will focus on using data from the recent Initial Educator and mentor surveys to develop key findings and strategies to addressing the needs of induction in the areas of quality mentors, support seminars & orientation, and development of the professional development plan.
