The Great Lakes West Comprehensive Center, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, is operated by Learning Point Associates.
Great Lakes West, which focuses its work in Illinois and Wisconsin, is part of the network of 16 regional comprehensive centers and five national content centers. The regional comprehensive centers provide technical assistance designed to raise the capacity of states to help districts and schools meet the goals of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.

New Website and Webinar Series Developed in Response to the Stimulus Package
Website. In response to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which was signed into law on February 17, 2009, by President Barack Obama, Learning Point Associates has developed the Education Recovery and Reinvestment Center website so that recovery funds will make a visible, long-lasting difference in teaching and learning. This comprehensive website offers tools and resources to help educators and policymakers track developments, find current information, and be aware of important and relevant events such as webcasts and audioconferences.
