In providing direct professional services to our clients, we gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation facing the district and/or school, apply solid research-based tools to uncover key information, and interpret the results to create a plan for improvement. - District Improvement Audits
We have conducted audits of the English language arts and mathematics curricula in 30 school districts throughout New York state since 2005. (Client: New York State Education Department) - Delaware Surveys of Enacted Curriculum for Mathematics-Science Partnership
We implemented the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum (SEC)—a tool that maps what teachers say they teach in an online survey to the state content standards and assessments—to determine the correlation between the curriculum reportedly being taught in the classroom and the Grade Level Expectations created by the state of Delaware.
