Our District Approach
District administrators need to recruit, hire, develop, and retain top teacher and administrative talent, while guiding individual schools through the turnaround process. Districts have to evaluate the staffing and training needs of each school and determine how to implement districtwide initiatives and provide the unique support that each school needs to transform its culture.
