Mailroom/Fulfillment Coordinator

Office of Business Services

Learning Point Associates seeks applicants for the position of Mailroom/Fulfillment Coordinator. The person selected for this position will hold a primary appointment in the Office of Business Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Mailroom/Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail.

  • Metering outgoing mail, Federal Express, and UPS.

  • Reconciling postage meter to accounting records.

  • Fulfilling orders from product catalog.

  • Maintaining copiers and copier supplies.

  • Managing product inventory.

  • Data Entry.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Attention to detail

  • Dependability

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft® Excel & Word

  • Communications skills

  • Team player

Organization Location and Reporting Line:

The person for this position will have his or her primary organizational appointment in the Office of Business Services. The person will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, with performance reviews conducted with input from staff.

Salary and Benefits:

The position of Mailroom/Fulfillment Coordinator is an exempt position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with the training and experience expected at this level of employment.
