We look forward to your participation in the 2010 Non–State Education Agency (SEA) Charter Schools Program (CSP) Project Directors’ Meeting at the Fairmont in Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2010. The 2010 Non–SEA CSP Project Directors’ Meeting will feature opportunities to

  • Learn from national experts about existing and emerging issues in the charter school community.
  • Share your successes and best practices.
  • Network with other Non–SEA CSP project directors.
  • Engage in conversations with U.S. Department of Education staff about issues related to grant requirements and the monitoring process.

There is no registration fee. To register for this event, please complete and submit this online registration form no later than Friday, November 5, 2010. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you submit the registration form. Please retain a copy of the confirmation e-mail as proof of your registration.

The National Charter School Resource Center has reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont Washington, D.C., for Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at a cost of $181 per night plus taxes. Participants are responsible for securing their hotel reservations and, if necessary, canceling those reservations. You will be requested to reserve the room with your credit card.

Reservations by telephone: Please contact the Fairmont Washington, D.C., Reservations Department at 800-441-1414. Mention that you would like a room under the Learning Point Associates block of rooms for the event on December 2, 2010.

Hotel reservations must be booked by Friday, November 5, 2010. You may use your non-SEA CSP funds for lodging and travel expenses.

Please make your plans as soon as possible. If your plans change, be sure to cancel your travel and hotel reservations.

Hotel Reservations

I will be making a reservation at the Fairmont Washington, D.C., under the Learning Point Associates block of rooms and, if necessary, canceling my reservation if my plans change.
